My yoga journey began with a deep desire to find balance, peace, and a way to reconnect with my true self. I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification<\/strong> at the renowned Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in March 2017, where I immersed myself in traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and yogic philosophy. This transformative experience laid the foundation for my teaching and personal practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shortly after, I expanded my expertise by completing a 15-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training<\/strong>, also at Sivananda, where I learned how to safely guide expectant mothers through yoga to support their physical and emotional well-being during pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In November 2017, I took my practice to the next level by completing a 100-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program<\/strong> at Shantaya Yoga School in Thailand, certifiied by Anusara (USA). This intensive training helped me refine my teaching skills, explore advanced asanas, and deepen my understanding of anatomy and the subtle body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Understanding the importance of balance in both movement and stillness, I also earned a 50-Hour Yin Yang Yoga Certification<\/strong> in 2020. This training taught me how to guide students through dynamic Yang practices balanced with calming, meditative Yin sequences, helping them cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner stillness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nRecently, I relocated to Japan, and Purna Studio is now operating entirely online, offering yoga classes to students from all over the world. Whether you're in Vietnam, Japan, or anywhere else, I\u2019m excited to accompany you on your journey to cultivate and maintain health and balance through yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
